2. Scope
These Terms of Service apply to all purchases made on shared-lists.com. By completing a purchase, the buyer agrees to these terms.
3. Subject of contract

4. Prices
All prices are in EUR. As a small business operator (Kleinunternehmer gemäß § 19 UStG), no VAT is charged and no VAT is shown on any receipt or invoice.
5. Ordering and contract conclusion
The purchase process is: select a product → complete payment via Mollie → receive the digital product on the return page. The contract between the buyer and the operator is concluded at the moment Mollie confirms the payment. No separate order confirmation is sent by email.
6. Payment
Payments are processed by Mollie B.V., Keizersgracht 313, 1016 EE Amsterdam, Netherlands. Available payment methods are determined by Mollie. The operator does not store any payment data. For details on how Mollie handles personal data, see the Mollie Privacy Policy.
7. Delivery
All products are digital and delivered immediately:
- Pro upgrade: the list is upgraded to Pro instantly after payment confirmation.
- Coupon code: displayed on screen on the return page immediately after payment. The buyer is responsible for saving the code.
8. 14-day money-back guarantee
Customers may request a full refund within 14 days of the original purchase by clicking "Get a refund" on any Pro list they own. No reason or email address is required.
Refunding a bundle coupon or lifetime coupon will downgrade every list that was upgraded with it back to the free tier. Money is returned to the original payment method within 5 business days.

9. Coupon terms
- Lifetime coupons: tied to the buyer's owner-id. The server enforces that a lifetime coupon code can only be applied to lists that share the same owner-id as the coupon. The code cannot be transferred to another owner-id.
- Bundle coupons: not restricted by owner-id. The code can be applied to any list, including lists owned by others. Valid until the included number of uses is consumed; no expiry date.
- Coupon codes must be kept safe by the buyer. The operator is not responsible for lost or leaked codes.
10. Liability
The operator's liability is limited to cases of gross negligence and intent. Liability for slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
11. Applicable law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The place of jurisdiction is Berlin, Germany.
12. EU Online Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. The operator is not obligated to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board and does not do so voluntarily.
